Healthy, Zero Sugar Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Yep folks, and if that title wasn’t impressive enough, these little suckers only consist of three very basic ingredients! It’s like a quadruple win! πŸ˜€ These are cookies you can feel good about eating.

As usual, I did tweak the recipe just a bit…I can’t help it, it comes from my mom, LOL! ❀ Instead of using part rolled oats and part quick oats, I used all old-fashioned oats instead. I’m sure the cookies would’ve had a finer texture if I had done it Dani’s way, but I love the earthy chewiness of the old-fashioned oats; just a personal preference, so make ’em how you love ’em!

It’s amazing just how yummy these are with only three ingredients! Almost everyone in my family absolutely LOVES them.

  1. Probably won’t like these because I hate bananas but will make some for the other person in my home who loves bananas. Great way to use them instead of throwing them away.

  2. This is so funny- I also used this same recipe and did the same tweak a few weeks agoπŸ˜‚ we only had old fashioned oats, they had a weird texture so I agree with you that the other way is much better πŸ˜‰ these look so good! 🀍
