The Best Chicken Strips You’ll Ever Try

Ok, ok, maybe the title is a bit of an overstatement… But I will warn you–once you try this recipe there is no going back. You’re going to have to make it at least once a month! πŸ™‚

The only ways we tweak this masterpiece is to use a 1/2 TBSP of salt instead of 1 TBSP, and we always use chicken breasts and cut them into strips ourselves rather than using tenderloins. If you choose to make these with breasts though, I will advise you to cut them much larger than you see in the picture above…I went a little crazy and made them super thin…and they took a long time to prepare and bread. They were extra crispy though! πŸ™‚

I’m sure you can tell from this photo that I love dipping sauces…

I will admit, these are just a bit tedious to make–but they are so wonderfully good the work won’t even seem like that much just thinking about devouring them later! πŸ˜‰
