And the secret ingredient is…COFFEE! 😀 And believe me–as strange as it sounds, it does SO much to enhance the flavor. I ended up using regular coffee instead of instant espresso (since we didn’t have any 😉 ), and it turned out great!
Also, to make the bread a little more breakfasty (yes, I can make up my own words 🙂 ), I used 1/2 a cup of sugar instead of 3/4 cup, and that worked amazingly as well! (I also used regular white sugar as I don’t have any caster sugar.)
