Italian Style Banana Bread

Say hello to one of the most unique banana breads you’ll ever try! It’s wonderfully moist and packed with wonderful flavor–with the help of a little secret ingredient… πŸ™‚ Keep reading to find out what it is!

And the secret ingredient is…COFFEE! πŸ˜€ And believe me–as strange as it sounds, it does SO much to enhance the flavor. I ended up using regular coffee instead of instant espresso (since we didn’t have any πŸ˜‰ ), and it turned out great!

Also, to make the bread a little more breakfasty (yes, I can make up my own words πŸ™‚ ), I used 1/2 a cup of sugar instead of 3/4 cup, and that worked amazingly as well! (I also used regular white sugar as I don’t have any caster sugar.)
