Easy Beef Penne

This dish is one of my all-time favorites. It’s cheesy, flavorful, easy, and nutritious! I mean, seriously; can it really get any better? 😉

There’s a few ways we’ve tweaked this recipe to make it a little better for our family. First of all, we make a whole pound of pasta instead of 1 3/4 cups. We also use tomato sauce instead of tomato puree, since we don’t really buy puree for anything else. And lastly, we only use 1 cup of beef broth instead of the full can. It just seems way too soupy if you add it all, but hey, to every man his own way! 🙂

Hope you guys enjoy this dish as much as I do! (And if you noticed the pasta in the picture isn’t penne, that’s because we ran out that night, so we had to use some different stuff that we had on hand. Just in case you were wondering, LOL! 😉 )
