Healthy Banana Blueberry Muffins

Allow me introduce you to my new favorite breakfast muffins! 😀 These little guys are sugar free (they’re sweetened by honey 😉 ), and they have 50% more blueberries than my previous favorite blueberry muffin recipe. All around, they’re a pretty healthy choice when it comes to a tasty breakfast!

I used maple syrup and applesauce instead of honey to make these more baby friendly, and they turned out perfectly!

Also, I used vegetable oil instead of coconut. I think the coconut oil would have added more flavor though. 🙂
