I don’t know about you, but I’m a real sucker when it comes to muffins. 🙂 They’re just awesome! So if I get the chance to make some for breakfast, I’ll never pass it up. And today, I’m happy to share one of favorite my go-to breakfast muffin recipes with you! 😀

These little guys are the ultimate grab and go breakfast. And they just taste so good! Plus they’re relatively low in sugar (does that count? 😉 ).
I would definitely recommend using the muffin liners instead of spraying the pan when you make these. I tried spraying the pan one time and they stuck pretty bad. 😦
Also, I usually use half whole wheat flour, and half all-purpose flour; just to make them a little more healthy.
