Ah, substitutes. An inevitable experience in the world of culinary adventure. Sometimes they turn out tasting less-than-amazing, and other times you find out the substitute actually made the dish even better!
Today, I am pleased to share one of my good substitute experiences with you! 🙂 You can use this to substitute any kind of cream soup: cream of mushroom, cream of chicken—you name it girl (or bro, if you’re a guy, lol)! And you know, I bet you could even make your own vegan cream of soup by substituting vegetable broth for the chicken broth, and maybe even almond milk for the regular milk! You’ll have to let me know if you try it! 😉 (See, substituting can be awesome!)
